Today, the board of directors of Whirlpool Corporation (the “Company”) declared a quarterly dividend of $1.75 per share on the Company’s common stock. The dividend is payable on December 15, 2024, to stockholders of record at the close of business on November 15, 2024.
The action is consistent with Whirlpool’s dividend policy/performance in recent years.
Just before noon, WHR stock was trading at 104.73, up about 50 cents from yesterday.
The 52 week range has been from $84 to $132.
