Jon Wallace is wasting little time in building his team and his regional expertise at Union Home Mortgage Corporation’s St. Joseph office. Wallace has added four new Union Home Mortgage Partners in recent days and also expanded his service area, adding mortgage licenses in both Indiana and Wisconsin to better serve the rising demand.
Wallace’s Union Home Mortgage Corporation has welcomed four new partners including Lorrie Brink as Licensed Production Partner, along with Kelly Luna, Jen Postello and Jenny Johnson as Senior Mortgage Loan Officers to the St. Joseph team.
Ms. Brink has extensive sales management and leadership experience after 22 years at LECO with previous mortgage experience at NBD Mortgage Company and financial planning experience at American Express Financial Advisors Inc. Lorrie tells us, “I’m very excited to return to financing with Jon R. Wallace and a firm that is dedicated to partner development.”
Kelly Luna has 17 years in the mortgage industry in both Chicago and Michigan, most recently with Ruoff. Kelly says, “I’m simply amazed how quickly the entire organization works to close clients effectively and efficiently.”
Jenny has 13 years of mortgage and banking experience previously with United Federal Credit Union and Quicken, stating “Union Home Mortgage’s team-oriented culture and the training, tools and resources UHM has available for all of us are very refreshing.”
Jen Postello has 34 years of mortgage experience previously with Chemical Bank Shoreline. She says, “Union Home’s code of conduct in how partners are treated and respected across the company is in balance with how I conduct my business.”
Jim Ferriter is National Retail Sales Manager for Union Home Mortgage. He says, “With their mortgage experience, leadership and problem solving skills, the growth in St. Joseph is very exciting and points to the growing reputation of UHM and the volume of business we’re generating in the region.”
