A group of volunteers in Lincoln Township is planning a highway cleanup for October to keep the area beautiful. They’re inviting like-minded citizens to come and help out. The Lincoln Township Volunteer Corps has released the following:
The Lincoln Township Volunteer Corps will conduct an Exit 23 road side clean up on Saturday, October 2. Volunteers will meet at the Lincoln Township Hall at 8:30 AM for the mandatory MDOT safety briefing, distribution of safety vests and bags. All volunteers must wear long pants, long sleave shirt, leather shoes, hat, gloves and sun block. Volunteers must sign a Township waiver/release to participate.
