Van Buren County Administrator Ryan Post has turned in his resignation. He’s leaving to serve as the finance director for Kalamazoo County, and his last day with Van Buren County will be March 24. The Van Buren County Board of Commissioners accepted Post’s resignation this week and named information technology director Charles Norton as the interim deputy county administrator as part of the transition. Post has been with Van Buren County for about four years. The board says it wishes him the best in his new job.
