Tickets available for Krasl Art Fair on the Bluff

Coming up in July will be the Krasl Art Fair on the Bluff in downtown St. Joseph, and organizers are inviting everyone to get their tickets now. The Krasl told us more:

The Krasl Art Fair on the Bluff presented by 1st Source Bank Wealth Advisory Services (Art Fair) supports year-round access to the arts through Krasl Art Center (KAC), and tickets are now on sale for the 61st event. On July 8 and 9, 2023, 172 artists from across the nation will be welcomed to Lake Bluff Park for this annual community event.

2023 ART FAIR ADMISSION

General Admission: $5

Free Admission: Guests 12 and Under

Note: free admission wristbands available upon request (details below)

Proceeds from admission support year-round access to the arts, including free exhibitions in the galleries, public sculpture placement, scholarships, and community programs.

It is encouraged to purchase your ticket in advance online at kraslartcenter.ticketspice.com/23-kaf-tickets for the best event experience. Day-of tickets will be available at the entrances along Lake Bluff Park at Ship, Broad, Market, and Park Streets.

All are welcome at the Krasl Art Fair on the Bluff. Free admission wristbands are available upon request at the following sites:

In-person at St. Joe Today at 301 State Street St. (Open 9 – 5 Mon. – Fri., 11 am – 4 pm Sat. & 12 – 4 pm Sun.)

In-person at St. Joseph City Hall at 700 Broad St. (Mon. – Fri., 8 am – 5 pm. Closed Sat. and Sun.)

In-person at Krasl Art Center’s front desk at 707 Lake Boulevard (Open 7 days a week, 11 am – 5 pm, with late hours Wed. and Thurs. until 8 pm.)

Guests have the option to enhance their experience during the 2023 event and further their support of the arts in southwest Michigan through a VIP Collectors’ Experience Package. The packages include access to the VIP lounge during event hours, parking, a commemorative pin granting access to the event all weekend, and early-access shopping on Saturday, July 8 from 9 – 10 am. Packages of two start at $65 for KAC Members ($130 for non-members) and can be purchased online at kraslartcenter.ticketspice.com/23-kaf-tickets.

In addition to the ticketed event in Lake Bluff Park, free opportunities to engage with the arts will take place on Krasl Art Center’s grounds during the Art Fair. Local artists and organizations, including Water Street Glassworks, will be on KAC’s Oval Lawn along with a free artmaking activity. Inside, the galleries will be free & open to the public 9 am – 6 pm on Saturday, July 8, and 10 am – 5 pm on Sunday, July 9.

Thursday, May 11, 5 – 7 pm:  Business After Hours & Commemorative Design Reveal with Southwest Michigan Regional Chamber

Thursday, June 8, 6 – 8 pm: Community Night at The Livery

Friday, July 7, 5 – 10 pm: The Krasl Art Fair Block Party ($5 admission for non-KAC members)
