Third Annual Women Empowering Women Conference Speakers Announced

ARS Gallery, Arts and Culture Center will be holding its 3rd annual ‘Women Empowering Women’ event on Wednesday April 12. This event brings thought leaders together from the local community to speak on various topics ranging from careers to personal stories, and inspirational subject matters.

“This event is to inspire, highlight and recognize women and thought leaders in our community,” explains ARS Founder Anna Russo-Sieber.  “It also provides a unique networking opportunity for women in the area.”

Highlighted speakers for Wednesday’s event include event emcee Juliana Sieber, Operations Manager at the Wilson Human Capital Group, Soroya Pierre-VanArtsen, President of the Corewell Health Foundation for Southwest Michigan whose talk is titled “Can Women Have it All?”, and Tami Miller-Fauver, Executive Director of the Krasl Art Center, on the topic of “From Assisting to Leading in Real Time.”

The long-term goal of this event seeks to continue support for local women while highlighting women and leaders in our community. Russo-Seiber also encourages supportive, male ally’s to attend the event.

Tickets for the event are $30 and include small bites & refreshments.  All proceeds for this event will go towards funding the organization’s youth programming for underserved children in Benton Harbor and surrounding communities.  Women Empowering Women takes place at ARS Gallery located at 147th 5th, Benton Harbor, MI 49022 on Wednesday, April 12 from 5:30 pm – 7:30 pm.
