The tradition of everyday people from all walks of life standing stock still in storefront windows in downtown St. Joseph’s Central Business District returns in force tomorrow night, Friday, March 13th, 2020 for an encore of March Mannequins.
You are invited to stroll downtown St. Joseph and enjoy another great March Mannequins performance, sponsored by The Boulevard Inn & Bistro, Edgewater Bank, and the Southwestern Michigan Tourist Council.
Dozens of community volunteers will pose perfectly still in participating store windows from 7 to 8:30 pm, under this year’s theme of Night at the Museum. More than two dozen windows will depict scenes from any of the three Night at the Museum movies or the participants favorite museum exhibits. At least 27 merchants or organizations will be represented in those two dozen tableaux scenes up and down the street.
You can later vote for your favorite window online at stjoetoday.com/vote. Voting will be open from 7pm on Friday, March 13th to 11:59pm on Sunday, March 15th. The top three winners will be announced on the St. Joseph Today Facebook page on Monday morning.
