A local mainstay for fun, live music, plus “cold drinks and yummy cheeseburgers,” the Rivers’ Edge at 653 W. Main Street is closing.
Rumors were swirling for days before confirmation came regarding the future of Rivers’ Edge Bar & Grill in Benton Harbor. Details are still sparse but a Rivers’ Edge employee confirms the property has been sold and the establishment is closing August 20.
Plans for the future of the location are unclear, including whether it will remain a bar & grill. We’re told the owner is planning a celebration of the establishment for patrons on Sunday, August 20.
