Leasing my team through the pandemic and shut down. Being aware of what was evolving constantly to keep my team safe with their health and wealth.

My Dad and my Children.
What is your best advice to women in Southwest Michigan looking to succeed, as you have, in business?
Read the room and don’t quit. Sometimes it will seem as though you won’t recover from whatever may be thrown at you, dodge, pivot seek out success, make changes but keep going.
