Actually, much like Anita’s neighbors, people often see the bold black and white Boss Services trucks and wonder, “What do these guys do?” One of the owners, Jeff Street, told me a couple months back that a service guy was startled when a cop pulled him over for no other reason but to ask, “What is Boss Services” anyway?
Here’s the back story. The Boss owners are brothers, Jeff and Jerry Street, hailing locally from Dowagiac. Jerry has been building a solid reputation in the HVAC industry for more than tw0 decades, which has led to him often being requested by contractors and residential customers by name.
