Police Seek Help In Identifying & Locating Two Murder Suspects

Van Buren County Sheriff’s Deputies are seeking the public’s help in tracking down two murder suspects they have identified as being wanted in the fatal shooting of a Geneva Township man that happened on the first day of March. They have asked us to share with you surveillance photos of the men they believe to be responsible for the March 1st death of Shaun Pierre Gill.

The 47-year old Gill was gunned down in his own home in the 68-thousand block of CR 380 in Van Buren County’s Geneva Township. Dispatchers were called to Gill’s home at the Ports of Call Mobile Home Park in a 911 call about a man being shot there.

Van Buren County Deputies and other assisting agencies were sent to the mobile home park where they found Gill dead at the scene. The case was ruled a homicide and Detectives have concluded that the two men depicted in the surveillance photos are likely the ones responsible for Gill’s death.

Authorities are asking anyone who can identify either or both of the men to contact the Van Buren County Sheriff’s Office at 269-657-3101, Crime Stoppers at 1-800-342-7867, Silent Observer at 269-343-2100, or your local police department. They’re seeking both their identities and any tips that might be associated with the two.

Gill’s murder continues to be investigated as authorities search for additional clues in the case.
