‘Play 4 JA’ This Week at Peat’s Cider Social

“Bowlers, cider fans, and supporters of local entrepreneurs are getting ready to hit the lanes at the Play 4 JA and Mini-Entrepreneur Marketplace at Peat’s Cider Social, this Wednesday, February 15th, 2023!”

This evening of fun, at 6201 Red Arrow Highway in Stevensville, will feature the ever-delicious Peat’s Cider, local entrepreneurs, and bowlers eager to raise money for the Berrien & Cass County Junior Achievement non-profit organization. JA provides work-readiness, entrepreneurship, and financial literacy programs for young people of all ages, preparing everyone involved for success.

From 6 p.m to 8 p.m, amidst the crashing of pins and mingling of attendees, join local businesses Eclectic Pearl Crafting and Healthies On Cleveland as they showcase their wares available for purchase, and serve as encouragement in following your entrepreneurial dreams. Community support, for JA and small businesses, will flow like cider, and knowing that you will be supporting current and future business owners is a plus!

“Junior Achievement, serving Berrien and Cass counties, serves economic education to over 3,500 area students annually,” says JA. “Your support is vital to continue providing students with the skill set and mindset they need to build their future success. They are the next generation of responsible consumers, prepared employees, and inspiring business owners.”

Multiple JA events are held throughout the year in Southwest Michigan, like restaurant give-back nights, golf outings, and upcoming Tapas On The Green at Orchard Hills Country Club, this April 2023. These community events allow JA to offer empowering, life-changing programs to students at no cost, and your sponsorships and donations keep it that way.

Registration for bowling teams for this Wednesday has closed, but you can still attend! General admission tickets are $25 per person, and include one drink ticket, one prize entry, and all of the socializing and shopping you can fit in during the two hour event.

To learn more about future JA events, and to purchase tickets for Play 4 JA on February 15th, please visit their website. See you at the social!
