Kinexus has announced a new director for its Youth Solutions program. Mollie Waller will now lead the program. Michigan Works has released the following:
The Board of Directors is proud the announce that Mollie Waller has accepted the role of Executive Director of Youth Solutions, Inc., a nonprofit organization that inspires and connects youth to achieve a future beyond imagination. They accomplish this by equipping young people with the skills to overcome barriers and succeed in education, employment, and life.
“Mollie has the experience, good judgment, kindness and intelligence to lead our organization through the next set of challenges, whatever they may be! I’m excited to see what she can accomplish with the support of her team and our Board,” said Barbara Anderson, Youth Solutions Board Chair.
With a life-long passion for storytelling and service to others, Mollie has a wealth of experience in the non-profit and for-profit sectors ranging from communications to business development to fund raising and to organizational design and leadership. She has successfully integrated her passions into her career, working as a Wienermobile spokesperson for Oscar Mayer, leading all communications for America’s dairy farmers for several years and bookending this with non-profit leadership in fund development, board relations, event management and communications. She joined Youth Solutions in 2018.
