At Moersch Hospitality Group we offer local and regional residents many levels of employment that utilize their skill sets from Vineyard Crew to Service People to Professional and Executive levels. We’re all part of the Moersch Hospitality Group team. That extends to our family of guests as well.

The owners of Round Barn purchased Tabor Hill Winery in 2017. They were able to integrate two different wineries and teams, once considered fierce competitors, into one company making everyone feel like part of the Moersch Hospitality Group family. I was one of the Tabor Hill team members reluctant to join MHG, however through their formal and informal training side-by-side with a welcoming environment, I soon became a Brand Champion for Moersch Hospitality Group.

A] Honor or reward success? Employee of the Month program, highlighting employees in every department and letting them know the importance as a team member at MHG.
B] Socialize as a team? We work for a Winery, Brewery and Distillery. We have no problem socializing especially over after shift drinks.
C] Get involved in community events? We’re very involved in supporting the community outside of our properties with festivals and tasting events throughout Southwest Michigan. Moersch Hospitality Group has received national and international awards. Most recently our Tabor Hill 2018 Rose was awarded “Best in Class” Gold Medal from the East meets West International Wine competition. USA Today awarded Round Barn Estate one of the Top 10 Places for Live Music in the Vineyard. That helps attract tourists to all of what Southwest Michigan has to offer. MHG was the first in the region to host a LGBTQ+ Inclusion Workshop and Training for managers by the OutCenter in Benton Harbor. Matt Moersch is Founder and Chairman of Great Lakes Southwest Wine Alliance and VP of the Michigan Wine Collaborative. We work diligently to protect the environment and are committed to sustainability through nutrient management, natural fertilizers, restricting fuel use, reducing contaminated water run-off, mechanical weed control, recycling at all facilities and much more.
