In honor of Constitution Day, Lake Michigan College (LMC) invites students, faculty, and community members to a special presentation on Tuesday, September 17, in the Main Building on the Benton Harbor campus. The event will take place from 2:00 to 2:45 p.m. in room L-311, located above the library.
Dr. Chris Paine, a distinguished member of the LMC history faculty, will lead a discussion on the Constitutionality of Presidential Succession. This timely topic will explore the legal framework surrounding the transition of power in the United States, offering insights into both historical precedents and contemporary implications.
Following Dr. Paine’s presentation, there will be an opportunity for attendees to engage in a Q&A session. This interactive segment will allow participants to delve deeper into the subject matter and ask questions directly to Dr. Paine.
