For me being a Bold woman in business means to motivate and inspire others to be bold and to work for their goals no matter big or small

Please provide an example of when you feel you were at your very best in taking action on the job or in your role.
I think my commitment, dedication, and determination to my goal of doing a bodybuilding competition while still teaching all my classes plus personal training inspired members I had so much great feedback and community support.
What’s the funniest thing that ever happened on your road to success?
I’ll be honestly Bold and tell you about the hilarious time I farted in class demonstrating a new move. It was so completely embarrassing but so funny I’ll say it helped me succeed by being human and learning to laugh with everyone through mistakes.
Who most inspires your personal drive for success every day?
A lot of people inspire me, fitness gurus, people that are consistently working hard, My husband with all his ideas and dreams, but most of all My Mom who is the most dedicated person I know who always believes in me.
What is your best advice to women in Southwest Michigan looking to succeed, as you have, in business?
Don’t let anything or anyone hold you back if you dream it find a way to make it happen, and always look towards the future of your business while enjoying living in the moment.
