What motivates you to give back to your community?
I was born and raised in Niles/Buchanan, and if it weren’t for the community, I wouldn’t be where I am. Growing up, I had so many different individuals as mentors, and I knew one day I wanted to give back like them.

What does the honor of being named to the 40 Under 40 most mean to you?
Receiving the honor of being named 40 under 40 reminds me of why I do, what I do, and why I love doing it. It also shows me that my hard work is paying off and that best is yet to come in my career. It’s very rewarding to know your hard work is noticed and to be recognized by Southwest Michigan is a huge honor.
