What Does Your Company/Organization Do? We are a collection of unique, state-of-the-art fitness facilities in Southwest Michigan. We offer 24/7 Gym Access, Group Fitness Classes, and Personal & Small Group Training Programs. We have locations in New Buffalo and Three Oaks, Michigan. We have been in business since 2013, and just celebrated our 10 year anniversary last winter.

Accomplishments:
Played Division I Ice Hockey at Ohio State University. Served as an Assistant Captain and Captain my Junior and Senior year. Earned my Masters in Exercise Science, and opened my own business before the age of 30 in my hometown (New Buffalo, MI). Served on the New Buffalo Business Association Board for over 5 years, including one year as President (2014-2019). Community Advocate for the Marquette Greenway (2017-Present). Served as the Treasurer of the Friends of Harbor Country Trails, now Friends of Berrien County Trails (2018-2019). Opened a Second Location (2018). Community Leader – Harbor Country Community Center (2018-Present). Leadership Accelerator Graduate (2019). Volunteered with the Harbor Country Chamber’s Economic Committee (2021-2022). Be Health Berrien – Steering Committee Member (2023-Present). Celebrated 10 years of being in business (December 2023).

What was your first job? Helping at my Family’s Restaurant.
What motivates you to give back to your community? One simple act of kindness can go a long way. They say that effort is contagious, and I like to think that helping others is a chain reaction for greater positive change and impact.
What Superpower would you most love to have? Teleportation and/or Time Travel.
What would you like to leave behind as your legacy once you are gone? For people to realize their true potential, to never settle, and to never give up.
