The crew at Journeyman Distillery in Three Oaks is joining the effort to produce hand sanitizer to help relieve the overwhelming demand across the region.
Thanks to new guidance from the Alcohol and Tobacco Tax and Trade Bureau, and Journeyman production manager Tom Balich, Journeyman says they are pleased to join distilleries around the country in producing ethanol-based #handsanitizer to help meet demand in the local community.
From noon until 5pm tomorrow, Saturday, March 21st, their doors will be open for retail, with 40% of spirit sales benefiting the Journeyman Hourly Employee Fund.
The public is invited to pick up a complimentary 100ml bottle of Journeyman Distillery hand sanitizer—made with locally-sourced grains and bottled by their hard-working production team. Limit one per customer, while supplies last.
Journeyman says, “We’re making more as fast as we can with a goal of donating gallons to local areas of need such as nursing homes, hospitals and the like. For more information about bulk hand sanitizer, please reach out via our website contact form.”
Consistent with State mandates and the recommendations of experts, only 5 people will be allowed inside at a time, and Journeyman thanks everyone for their patience and support.
