There’s a new king of the digital empire at Horizon Bank, and he’s been promoted from within. Kathie DeRuiter, Executive Vice President & Senior Operations Officer at Horizon says Scott Kosik has been promoted to Vice President and Senior Digital Banking Officer effective immediately.
In his new role, Kosik will lead the bank’s initiative of leveraging technology to provide best-in-class service and solutions to Horizon’s customers. He will continue to play a key role on the Bank’s acquisition team and additional strategic planning efforts in addition to his new role in the digital realm.
Kosik earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance from the University of New Hampshire’s Peter T. Paul College of Business & Economics. He also received a Graduate Degree with high honors from the Graduate School of Banking at the University of Wisconsin-Madison in 2016. Kosik is active in his community and serves as President of Save the Dunes, a local environmental organization.
