Scott McFarland’s team at Honor Credit Union is continuing to advance investments in the Kalamazoo market or Michigan’s Great Southwest with announcement this morning of a new branch to be located on Stadium Drive, hopefully ready for action early next year.
What had been a Bob Evans Restaurant building will undergo considerable renovation to convert to a new Honor Credit Union branch office at 4400 Stadium Drive in Kalamazoo. That new location will help the Honor team optimize their member experiences in the Kalamazoo market by combining the resources of two existing locations at Oshtemo and on Drake Road into one larger, more accessible member center.
McFarland, who serves at Honor Credit Union CEO, says, “We’re thrilled to continue our expansion in the Kalamazoo market,” and adds, “The new Stadium Drive location will allow us to improve the member experience and provide solutions for financial success to our growing membership.”
Plans for the new location are currently under architectural design and the Honor team is optimistic that doors will open in early 2020. The Stadium Drive member center will offer a full-service experience, including a drive-thru and ATM. Both the Oshtemo and Drake Road member centers will remain open until the completion of the new Stadium Drive location.
