Six police officers have been honored by the Exchange Club of Southwest Michigan as Police Officers of the Year. They honored St. Joseph Public Safety Officer Bradley Clapp; Berrien County Sheriff’s deputies Doug O’Dell and Preston Huddleston; Three Oaks Police Officer Jacob Klynstra; and Michigan State Police Detective/Sergeant John Moore and Detective Tyler Roots. Berrien County Prosecutor Steve Pierangeli noted how much work they do that is hidden from the public’s eye and shared his appreciation for their work. The six were honored on Tuesday.
