My kids, my family, Steve Gleason – Former NFL Player with ALS

- I worked for Walt Disney World in College
- I survived a horrific train accident as a child
What do you love to do in your downtime?
Coach! Spend time with my kids, camp, golf, fish, hike, baseball

The Youth, The elderly, I guess really the most vulnerable

What has been the most eye-opening thing about the coronavirus pandemic for you, personally?
The resiliency of our children, and how valuable time with loved ones is.
What does the honor of being named to the 40 Under 40 most mean to you?
It’s a great honor because there are so many other great nominees and winners, and it inspires me to see all that they do. To be included in this group is a surprise, but is also a nice reminder that the things we do matter. It is humbling and inspiring to me, hopefully my children and former students to keep “planting trees so future generations can sit in the shade.”
