Accomplishments:
-Proud Husband to Monica and Dad to Cash and Caden -Passing various security industry licenses -Helping form the Sanders, McKee, Wyble and Norton group within Baird to help serve our clients in a greater capacity. -Co-organizer of our annual golf outing raising close $100,000 for local charities over the past 4 years.

What else do you hope to accomplish by the age of 40? I hope to continue to take care of our clients and their families and to continue to offer them products, services, and solutions that help them accomplish their goals and dreams. I strive to continue to be a great husband, dad, friend, and community servant. I also hope to continue my pursuit of becoming a scratch golfer (odds are this one won’t happen, but I’ll continue to give it my best effort!).

What was your first job? Umpiring Little League baseball games

What motivates you to give back to your community? Our community has given us so much and blessed us in so many ways. Southwest Michigan is such an amazing community and has so many great people and organizations. Whether it’s volunteering for the YMCA race, helping out with First Tee of Benton Harbor or placing USA flags at the cemetery we are honored to be able to serve our community.

What Superpower would you most love to have? I would love the ability to be able to make time slow down. Time truly is a thief!

What would you like to leave behind as your legacy once you are gone? To have been a great husband, raised strong, confident boys, taken care of my clients and their families and had a positive impact on everyone that I came across.

What does the honor of being named to the 40 Under 40 most mean to you? I am extremely honored and humbled to be included in this year’s 40 under 40. There are so many incredibly talented and successful people on this list. It is reassuring to know that the work that we are doing for both our clients and our community is being recognized. It is motivation to continue to push forward and make a difference. It’s truly an honor and thank you!
