What else do you hope to accomplish by the age of 40?
Continue to utilize my professional skills to bring a unique and consistent approach to Whirlpool Corporation while expanding my strengths of self-assuredness, consistency and diplomacy. I strongly believe in growing myself professionally in my HR career. I also want to continue to focus on my giving back to my Michiana and the SW Michigan community through my volunteer efforts.

Best advice you ever got?
Always believe in yourself and have faith and confidence in your decision making. By trusting in yourself, you will be making the best decisions for you and you will lead a successful life.
Who inspires you most?
My Grandfather, P. Michael Dreher (Big Mike). He was so driven to succeed by building our family’s company, Modineer Company. He was able to influence and lead the employees that worked there to have faith in themselves and that by working hard, you’ll be successful. He was very charismatic and is a true example of leading with impact in business and in the community.
That one thing about you we’d be most surprised to learn.
I absolutely love watching natural disaster movies. I think they’re absolutely fascinating and I love how they can take your mind ‘away’ into a different reality for a while.
What do you love to do in your downtime?
I love golfing in the summer or in warm weather. I enjoy reading, live music, boating, and being outside. I also love spending time with my fur babies Coco Gabrielle (dog) and Cally (cat)
What book are you reading now?
‘The Queen, Her Life’, by Andrew Morton
Volunteer activity you love the most.
Volunteer activities that involve helping kids. I am a true believer that our children are our hope for the future and we have to give them the tools to succeed.
What motivates you to give back to your community?
My family has been so generous in giving back to the community that they have influenced me to do the same My mom especially has been extremely active in the Niles community through United Way, the Niles-Buchanan YMCA, and the school system. Her influence especially has really led me to want to do the same for my community and really give back and help guide our community into the future.
What Superpower would you most love to have? (for example, the ability to fly or to be invisible, or incredible strength, etc)
My superpower would be hearing what people think. I think it would be nice to know where people are coming from.
What would you like to leave behind as your legacy once you are gone?
Be kind.
What does the  honor of being named to the 40 Under 40 most mean to you?
I am incredibly and proud and honored to be part of such a rewarding opportunity. I absolutely love what I do professionally and personally. For me, its all about giving back to people and how best to help them succeed whether its through my Human Resources role, my volunteer efforts, or just being a friend to someone. I sincerely appreciate this award for recognizing my achievements in my professional sphere and in community and honors how I lead with impact. I am privileged to be a part of a community that recognizes and honors those ‘Under 40’ who work hard and give back to the SW Michigan community. Congrats to all of the award recipients. Its an honor to be a part of this awesome achievement with you!
