The Cassopolis Family Clinic Network is planning a COVID-19 vaccine booster shot and flu shot clinic for this weekend. It tells us more:
After two very successful vaccine clinic events hosted by CFCN in recent months, the Cassopolis Family Clinic Network will host a third on-site COVID-19 Moderna Booster Vaccine & Flu Shot Clinic at both the Cassopolis Family Clinic (261 M-62, Cassopolis, MI)
and the Niles Community Health Center (1951 Oak St, Niles, MI) this Saturday. The vaccination clinic will take place Saturday, December 4, from 9:00 A.M. until 1:00 P.M.
“It is our responsibility to the communities we serve to foster efforts to help keep everyone safe and well going into the holiday season and 2022,” said Mary Middleton, CEO of the Cassopolis Family Clinic Network. “Vaccines remain the best tool we have available for protection from COVID-19. I encourage everyone to get their shot now going into the holiday season.” Middleton said.

Everyone 18 years or older
When to get a booster:
At least 6 months after completing your primary COVID-19 vaccination series. In addition to the Moderna Booster Vaccine, both doses of the Moderna COVID-19 Vaccines will be available for those age 18 and older. In addition, the yearly flu vaccine will be available separately for individuals six months and older wanting to receive their yearly dose. Those receiving the Moderna
COVID-19 booster vaccine should bring their issued vaccination card and insurance information with them. Participants wishing to get their Moderna COVID-19 booster vaccination and flu shot the same day can do so safely, but must bring proof of initial vaccine in order to receive the booster dose.
Participants do not need to be Cassopolis Family Clinic Network patients in order to receive their shot. Appointments are not required, and advance sign-ups will not be available. For any questions, please contact the respective Cassopolis or Niles location.
