We’ve have done this through an informed and compassionate team that extends beyond the patient to the communities we serve. We have created good-paying, full-benefit jobs for many members of our community who in turn understand the value of “being a good neighbor” and engaging with the community in a meaningful way.
In your own words, why do you think this company deserves to be declared to be one of the 20 Best Places to Work in Michigan’s Great Southwest?
We are a compassionate organization with an understanding that teams accomplish more than singular individual efforts. We offer flexible work situations, accommodative policies and supportive of efforts that create a “rising tide lifts all boats” mentality.

Some of these include, Fundraisers for the RAM, Lions Club, numerous Chamber and city events, Adopt-a-Highway, city tree planting and restoration projects, and Mill Alley rejuvenation.
