Kristine Craft, Vice President of Professional Services for B&L, says, “Since COVID-19 began, it has changed the way businesses operate. We worked to ensure our customers had the support they need to reduce the impact on their business, especially during implementations, go lives and post go live.”
Craft goes on to say, “With our current technology and expertise, our B&L Professional Services group has worked with these customers to go live with Odyssey by providing them support both during the implementation and after. Our technology allows customers to go into a virtual meeting when they need help or to answer questions during the ‘go-live week’ and after. We have used our project management tools to follow a consistent path to go live with each customer and would like to congratulate them on their very successful projects.” She concludes, “We miss being face-to-face with our customers during this time and look forward to traveling soon.”
