New state-of-the-art, climate-controlled, self-storage is headed this fall to a sizable building alongside the Harding’s Friendly Market in the community of Buchanan.
BinTris Moving and Self Storage has announced a new partnership with Harding’s to re-purpose retail space adjacent to their store in Buchanan.
Harding’s will redevelop 25,000 square foot of vacant retail space adjacent to their grocery store in Buchanan with the help of the team at BinTris Self Storage
At the request of Harding’s, BinTris recently completed an in-depth demand study and believes the new storage site will fully serve the remaining demand for the local market and beyond. Expected markets to be served include not only Buchanan, but also Niles, Berrien Springs and northern St. Joseph County in Indiana.
After receiving the appropriate permitting from Buchanan Township in February, remodeling of the interior and exterior have now begun. BinTris Self Storage is expecting to have units available to rent in September of 2020. The facility will offer state-of-the-art, fully climate controlled and dehumidified units. Additionally, BinTris operators say that up-to-date security and access controls will also be installed.
