The Berrien County Health Department and the Berrien County Sheriff’s Department has informed the media that at 1:30pm this afternoon, Berrien County will declare a state of local emergency in Berrien County.
Berrien County Undersheriff Chuck Heit and Berrien County Health Department Health Officer Nicki Britten have called a joint press conference for that time to update everyone on COVID-19 in Berrien County when they meet at the County Conference Room adjacent to the Health Department at 2149 E. Napier Avenue in Benton Harbor.
