There are now 2 new coronavirus cases in Berrien County reported today, while Cass and Van Buren’s numbers also moved up following two days without any change. Berrien’s count is currently at 58, up 2 from Saturday, and 21 were labeled as recovered on Saturday. Meanwhile, Cass County added 1 new case, with a total of seven now, and Van Buren County added two with 14 positive cases now. Each County in the Tri-County area of Berrien, Cass and Van Buren has logged one death thus far in the pandemic.
Across Michigan, the tally stands at 15,718 statewide, up by 1,493 from Saturday, with 617 deaths from the virus, an increase of 77 from Saturday.
