There are now 8 new coronavirus cases in Berrien County reported today. Berrien’s count is currently at 72, up 8 from yesterday’s count of 64, and 35 have been labeled as recovered in Berrien as of today. Meanwhile, Van Buren County added 1 new case, bringing them to 18 cases, and Cass County remained unchanged today with 9 positive cases now. Berrien County has logged two deaths to date, with Cass and Van Buren reporting one death each thus far in the pandemic.
Across Michigan, the tally stands at 20,346 statewide, up by 1,376 from yesterday, with 959 deaths from the virus, an increase of 114 from Tuesday.
