Police in Benton Harbor working on a case from last summer are turning to the public for help in finding the men wanted in an unsolved murder incident. Here is what police issued to us today:
Benton Harbor Department of Public Safety is asking for the public’s help in regards to an unsolved homicide. BHDPS is looking for two persons of interest in the shooting death of Aundre J Sanders a 22 year old man who was murdered on July 1st of 2018.
On July 1, 2018, at 01:36 hours, BHDPS Officers received a call to clear a party in the 1000 block of Lavette in Benton Harbor. As officers began clearing people and vehicles, they heard shots fired in the 900 block of Lavette.
Witnesses identified Jamaal and William Roseburgh as present at the shooting. BHDPS Detectives need to speak with both individuals.
On July 3, 2018, an absconder warrant was issued for Jamaal Roseburgh.
