Foster Willey will present an artist talk at the closing of his sculpture exhibit on Saturday, September 10 at 1 p.m. at the Box Factory for the Arts, 1101 Broad Street. The event is free and open to the public.
The slide presentation and talk will feature his commissioned work at Nicollet Commons Park in Burnsville, MN. The park is the featured element in Burnsville’s “Heart of the City” development. Work by Foster, Centrifuge (2004) and Ascent Fountain (2016), are the featured sculptures at either end of the dynamic water feature that cuts diagonally through the park.
