The Southwestern Michigan Association of Realtors has made formal the announcement that we shared earlier in a Facebook bulletin at Moody on the Market — Anne Gain is 2019 Realtor of the Year for that organization.
Gain, who is an Associate Broker with @properties Michigan based on Lakeshore Drive in St. Joseph, was given the award at the Southwestern Michigan Association of Realtors Annual Awards luncheon held recently at the Hilton Garden Inn of Benton Harbor. 
Anne was first licensed as a salesperson in 1996 and received her associate broker’s license in 2014. She holds the professional designations of Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR), Graduate Realtors Institute (GRI) and that of Seller Representative Specialist (SRS).
Gain currently serves on the Association’s Board of Directors as a District Director, and previously served on the Board in 2016 and 2018. Anne is the 2019 Chair of the Governmental Affairs Committee and also serves on the Finance, MLS, and the Professional Standards Committees for 2019.
Anne also has served on the Public Relations, REIS Technology, Grievance, Professional Standards, Member Services, and MLS Committees (chairing that committee in 2016) over the terms of her illustrious real estate career.
In the local community, Anne is a member of the Diabetes Research Foundation, JDRF Advocacy Program, and Talons Honor Flight Volunteer. She is a sponsor of the St. Joseph Athletics and is a member of the Cornerstone Chamber of Commerce through her office affiliation.
Anne has two children and resides in St. Joseph.
