
United Federal Credit Union has appointed Andrea Ausra as the Vice President of Production Support. Ausra brings over 24 years of extensive experience in mortgage loan operations, underwriting, and management to her new role at United.

Ausra will provide strategic and operational leadership for the management and optimization of mortgage file flow through initial setup, disclosure, processing, underwriting, closing, and funding. Additionally, she will support production teams in structuring complex transactions and contribute to the development and management of the mortgage strategy from an operational perspective.
In a release, United said Ausra has spent her career helping people in Southwest Michigan. Her time in the mortgage industry has been marked by her dedication to maintaining high standards of quality, training, and operational efficiencies across all teams. She has held various leadership roles in the mortgage industry, overseeing the processing, underwriting, and closing teams for all first mortgages and home equity loans.
