How do you think that Bold Women of Business demonstrate being bold?
Being a bold woman in business looks like having the courage to ask for what you want, to be strong – all the while being kind while you’re asking. It’s understanding that using our womanly qualities like compassion, empathy & grace is powerful. These qualities have defiantly taken me to a successful career for the last 21 years.
Bold women are often defined by a number of descriptors. Please choose from the following descriptors to produce the top three that you would say most exemplify your personality?

Please provide an example of when you feel you were at your very best in taking action on the job or in your role.
I feel I am best when I am onsite, talking to my employees and our couples, reassuring everyone their day will be beautiful.
What’s the funniest thing that ever happened on your road to success?
Blue dress barn was owned by a Religious community in the 1930’s-1960’s called House of David. About 24 years ago… I was driving through Southwest Michigan when I saw the barn for the first time. I was in LOVE! It was pretty run down, no for sale sign but I knew I needed to save it. I stopped at the next neighbors house to ask if they knew who owned it? they said ” House of David and they will not sell it to you” now being raised in the middle of Michigan in a small village named Wacousta, I knew nothing about House of David. So my reply was….” Wellllll..Maybe when David meets me he will want to sell it to me” and I stomped my way back to my car. Haha. Now that I know what House of David I find it so very funny.
Who most inspires your personal drive for success every day?
My children are first! I started this adventure as a Single Mother and wanted to be able to provide for them. I wanted to find financial security, to create a business where I could create my own hours in turn I could be with my children as they grew. I wanted to be my own boss, I love to create goals for myself and climb. I am 100% goal driven.
