The Citadel Dance & Music Center is presenting “The Citadel Spectacular” December 13-14, on the Mendel Main Stage in the Jenkins Theatre at Lake Michigan College.
This family friendly production features a glistening collection of holiday favorite tunes and high energy dancing choreographed by Lari Lawrence-Gist and danced by 40+ students and faculty members. It is hosted by Santa, played by Andrew Fisher, who invites the audience to catch a last minute glimpse of the North Pole on Christmas Eve.
Three performances; Friday, December 13th at 6:00 p.m. and Saturday, December 14th at 11:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m.
This 90-minute production is full of festive nostalgia and is sure to dazzle audience members of all ages with appearances by some favorite holiday characters, high kicking and fast footed dancing, and music that will take you back to treasured holiday memories.
VISIT WITH SANTA before or after the show! You’re invited to join Santa and his Elves for a spectacular party! Upon entry, children may fill out their wish card, have a cup of cocoa, visit the activity stations, enjoy a photo session with the Elves, and visit Santa!
The North Pole will be on full display in the Mendel North Lobby pre-show for the evening performances, and post-show on Saturday morning/afternoon.
Separate North Pole admission: $10 one child or $20 per family.
General admission for Main Stage presentation: $15.
VIP ticket packages include the Santa Visit and performance with priority reserved seating.
