They’re celebrating in Bridgman Public Schools!

All three Bridgman district schools have been ranked in the top 5% of schools statewide by the 2024 U.S. News & World Report.  School officials say this extraordinary achievement highlights the district’s dedication to academic excellence, innovation, and student success.

Bridgman High School is ranked #22 in Michigan out of 1,163 high schools, securing its position as the #1 high school in Berrien County. Nationally, Bridgman High School has earned an impressive #784 ranking.  BHS leadership says that is a testament to its rigorous academics, high college readiness, and exceptional student outcomes.

Bridgman Elementary School also shines, ranking as the #68 best elementary school in Michigan out of 2,633 schools. It is recognized as the second-highest ranked elementary school in Berrien County, a reflection of the district’s commitment to cultivating strong academic foundations and a lifelong love of learning.

Bridgman’s F.C. Reed Middle School adds to the district’s accolades, earning a spot as the #100 best middle school in Michigan out of 1,998 schools. It is also one of the top four middle schools in Berrien County, showcasing the district’s success in guiding students through critical transitional years.

With these achievements, all three Bridgman Public Schools rank among the top 5% of schools in Michigan, a distinction that underscores the district’s relentless focus on academic excellence.
