Officials will welcome Breeze Airways to South Bend International Airport (SBN) with the inaugural arrival of flight #650 from Washington Dulles International Airport (IAD) on Friday, November 8 at 10:25 a.m.
Breeze will land at Gate 4, SBN’s newest gate. Breeze’s Chief Guest Officer Fiona Kiesel, South Bend Mayor James Mueller, St. Joseph County Commissioner Carl Baxmeyer, and members of the St. Joseph County Airport Authority Board will take part in a ribbon cutting ceremony at 9:30 a.m.
Upon the flight’s arrival, officials will celebrate with a champagne christening of the aircraft on the ramp.
Passengers will be treated to a gate party featuring cake, balloons, and SBN giveaways.
