Please provide an example of when you feel you were at your very best in taking action on the job or in your role.
Recently I was a supervisor over seeing a big project for our county and we excelled at meeting our goal.
What’s the funniest thing that ever happened on your road to success?
We use to have parking lot picnics a one time k was selected to throw a pie in one of my favorite bosses face. It was not easy, but we laughed.
Who most inspires your personal drive for success every day?
My sons, husband, family, close friends and my younger self. I strive to be the best version of myself and to make them proud. I want to lead by example for my kids.
What is your best advice to women in Southwest Michigan looking to succeed, as you have, in business?
Take the risk, be motivated and don’t give up! Surround yourself with positive people, who build you up and will be there through highs and lows. Have a great support team that’s always cheering you on.
What does your selection to the ranks of the Bold Women of Business from Moody on the Market mean to you?
To be selected is truly an honor. I am proud to be a Bold Women in Southwest Michigan and hope to inspire other women. Congratulations to all of the amazing women!
