What Does Your Company/Organization Do? Intercare first started to provide health care to migrant and seasonal agricultural workers, and this demographic still serves as a large number of our patient population. Intercare has expanded access to all, focusing on making healthcare accessible to those who could not otherwise afford or access it. As a bilingual (spanish) Nurse Practitioner, I provide primary care to people of all ages and demographics, both in our clinic and in our medical van that travels to the farms across Southwest Michigan. I love the opportunity to be a PCP to people of all ages, from newborn to the elderly, and to provide quality primary care to everyone, regardless of insurance status or ability to pay. I appreciate being a part of an organization that allows me to do that, and that actively removes barriers to healthcare.
