A donation of an art studio has been made to the Krasl Art Center by renown sculptor Richard Hunt. He’s given his Benton Harbor space to the Krasl. The studio at 258 Territorial Road has served as a satellite for the Chicago-based Hunt since 1995. A special event to mark the donation will be held on August 9 where the Krasl will discuss Richard Hunt’s legacy, share the history of his satellite studio, and the intersections of both to the arts in Southwest Michigan. Krasl hasn’t yet said how it will use the space.
