The Berrien County Road Department is advising drivers that Maiden Lane road between Cleveland Avenue and the I-94 Business Loop will be closed and traffic detoured starting Monday. It says manhole covers on Maiden Lane will be removed and replaced back to roadway grade. The detour will be signed, sending traffic down to Glenlord Road between the I-94 Business Loop and Cleveland Avenue. Drivers should expect delays in the area, and access for businesses and homes along Maiden Lane will be maintained. The closure will continue through next Friday.
