Coming back for the summer on May 7 will be Antiques on the Bluff in downtown St. Joseph. St. Joseph Today’s Amy Zapal tells us the events will be held the first Sunday of the month through October. It’s a chance to browse items being sold by 60 antique vendors from around southwest Michigan right at Lake Bluff Park.
“It’s just a great way to cruise through, check out everything from vintage clothing to antique jewelry and furniture, all sorts of fun stuff that falls into the range of antique, vintage, or retro,” Zapal said.
Zapal says the best thing she ever found there was a vintage military jacket. Antiques on the Bluff will run from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. and she says while you’re downtown, it’s a good chance to stroll through some shops and stop at a restaurant. Zapal also notes another downtown event soon to return is the Memorial Day Parade, set for May 26.
