Throughout the month of October last year, BOSS Services set out to raise money for Marie Yeager Cancer Center by donating $20 of every $69 furnace check-up they performed to help fund care and transportation for patients in our community.
Jeff Street, Co-Owner of BOSS Services says, “We are happy that so many of our clients supported Fighting Cancer with Furnace Check-Ups this past October, allowing us to raise $780 for Marie Yeager Cancer Center. We had so many calls wanting to embrace this fundraiser that we scheduled furnace check-ups into November and even December! It’s touching that so many people wanted to help Marie Yeager ease the financial burden for cancer patients in our community.”
On January 20th, BOSS Services was thrilled to present the $780 check to Marie Yeager representatives, Andrea Bauman, Senior Director of Oncology Services and Soroya Pierre-VanArtsen, President of the Corewell Health South Foundation.
