Marc Williams is proudly pointing to his newly completed storage and commercial office complex on Red Arrow Highway in Stevensville, just North of Exit 23.
Located at 4500 Red Arrow Highway, the new Storage City cluster of buildings will house professional spaces in the front and 300 storage units in the back, similar to Williams original complex nearby on the east side of Red Arrow.
The new complex also features 25 oversized storage units that are 12×30 feet and feature large, overhead doors, interior lights, and power outlets for renters to make better use of storing campers, trailers, boats, and cars.
Williams says he’s proud to once again support locally-owned, small business owners by providing well-built, affordable professional spaces in a prime location. “When I built the first complex in 2017, there was no way of knowing how much demand there would be,” explained Williams, whose current complex hosts his own office for Williams Buildings as well as Hassle Free Moving, Craig’s Automotive, Mead Plumbing, Designer Appearances and Coatings, Trick Tint Window Tinting, and MagFit. Williams adds, “The new complex will host several more great small businesses including Estkowski Construction, Executive Auto Spa, Memcon, and a self-serve dog wash station called Stella & Sawyer.”
From cars to furniture, to personal items and memorabilia, Williams says Storage City offers customers both traditional storage units and climate-controlled spaces to safely protect important belongings from Michigan’s harsh seasons. Additionally, renters have free access to Storage City’s 16-foot moving truck with ramp to simplify the moving process while making it more affordable.
Marc Williams is also the owner of Williams Buildings, a post frame builder of commercial,
residential, agricultural, and equestrian buildings.
