Chapel Hill United Methodist Church has scheduled its annual craft show for October 1. The event is always popular, and Chapel Hill filled us in:
Chapel Hill Arts & Craft Show is held annually, the first Saturday in October from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. This year it will be on October 1 st , 2022, at the Berrien County Youth Fairgrounds, 9122 US 31, Berrien Springs, MI 49103
This juried arts & crafts show has 230 exhibitors and has been in existence since 1979. There is a wide selection of handcrafted products available for sale in the show. The selection includes wearable items, home decor, fine art, seasonal items, ceramics &
pottery, greeting cards, florals & wreaths, fabric items, wood crafts, toys, stained & fused glass, purses, rugs, soaps & body lotions, delicious edible items, doll & children’s items, plants & produce to name just a few.
There are food trucks with a wide variety of offerings. The plentiful parking isfree, and the event is handicap accessible. A bake sale is held in Yellow Barn 34 and the Michiana Two-Cylinder Club brings some of their vintage John Deere tractors to display.
Admission is a $3 donation.
Crafters come from six states and approximately 5,000 shoppers attend the show each year. It is sponsored by the Chapel Hill United Methodist Church and all profits are donated to local, national, and international mission projects.
