Still thinking about going camping this holiday weekend? The head of parks and recreation for the Michigan Department of Natural Resources, Ron Olson, says you can still find something, but some campgrounds are pretty full and always popular.
“Ludington, Grand Haven, and Holland are very heavily used and have been booked for a long time. But we have many other parks that will be filled up, Higgins Lake, North Higgins, South Higgins, and many of the U.P. parks.”
