The Lighthouse Chorus is a local, non-profit men’s a cappella chorus that has performed throughout southwest Michigan and northwest Indiana.  Their repertoire includes everything from Disney musicals to ballads to doo wop.  Chorus President Gene Hanover noted that “our Chorus members love using their voices to help raise money to fight hunger.”  Chorus members come from multiple counties throughout the area, including Berrien and Cass County in Michigan and La Porte County in Indiana.  Some members have more than 50 years of barbershop singing and others have less than a year.  All the members share one thing—the joy of singing.

The Lighthouse Chorus is always looking for new members and welcomes any male who loves to sing to visit Chorus practice on Thursday evenings at 7 PM at the Trinity Episcopal Church, 9 S. 4th Street in Niles.  More information on the chorus is available at www.lighthousechorus.org.
